Terms & Conditions

1.1 Curbside Pickup

  • Default Method: Unless otherwise requested for inside pickup.
  • Process: Upon arrival, you will receive an automated text message with the chauffeur’s name and contact information.
  • Action Required: Contact the chauffeur directly when ready to leave. The chauffeur will arrive at the curbside within 5-10 minutes.
  • Assistance: If you do not receive the automated text message, call our toll-free customer support at (786) 685 3076 for help.

1.2 Inside Pickup

  • Process: The chauffeur will meet you at the gate with a sign displaying your name.
  • Additional Charge: $25 for this service.
  • Action Required: Look for a card with your name displayed by the chauffeur.

2. Flight Adjustments and Delays

2.1 Free Wait Time

  • Domestic Flights: 30 minutes of free wait time.
  • International Flights: 1 hour of free wait time.
  • Additional Charges: After the free wait time, additional waiting is charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate.

2.2 Flight Diversions

  • Options: Choose to have the original chauffeur wait or release the first car and request a new one upon landing. Waiting is usually less costly.

3. Non-Airport Pickups

  • Availability: Passengers must be readily available at the designated time.
  • Assistance: If you do not see your chauffeur, contact our office immediately at (786) 685 3076. Do not leave the pickup location prematurely to avoid a no-show fee.

4. Lost or Damaged Items

  • Responsibility: Black Car Miami is not responsible for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or items left in the vehicle.
  • Action Required: Ensure all belongings are with you before exiting the vehicle. Returned items will incur a standard fare charge.

5. Vehicle Damage

  • Responsibility: Clients are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle, including from food consumption, illness, or misuse.

6. Waiting Time Charges

  • Grace Period: 15 minutes.
  • Charges: Waiting time beyond the grace period is charged in 15-minute increments at the prorated hourly rate.

7. Holiday Surcharge

  • Applicable Dates: Christmas Eve (from 4 pm), Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, New Year’s Eve (from 4 pm), New Year’s Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, and Thanksgiving Day.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1 Limos, Vans, and Larger Vehicles

  • Cancellation: No charge if canceled 30 days prior to the trip date.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: 25% of the total fare.

8.2 Sedan and SUV

  • Cancellation: No charge if canceled 24 hours in advance.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Full fee is charged.
  • Method: Cancellations must be made by phone; email cancellations are not accepted.

9. Rate Changes

  • Notice: Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
